In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week, Wilson Mason is proud to spotlight two exceptional team members who have consistently added value and strived for excellence since joining. Both are currently pursuing Level 7 apprenticeships and have been integral to Wilson Mason’s success in achieving ‘Investors in People’ Gold accreditation.
Owen Harwood, based at our Samlesbury site, earned a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Salford. His potential was recognised at the university’s Architecture Degree Exhibition, where the quality of his work stood out, earning him strong recommendations from his tutor.
Thomas Dickason, based in our London office, graduated with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Architecture from London South Bank University. His degree show was featured in Dezeen, a prestigious architecture and design magazine, showcasing the best student work in the field.
Both Owen and Thomas remain passionate, dedicated, and continuously develop their skills through the guidance and mentoring of their colleagues and practice partners, within a supportive and nurturing environment.
Wilson Mason has a long history of supporting the growth of our team members, from work experience and apprenticeships to off-site training and more. We are committed to fostering collaboration, development and success across our team and are incredibly fortunate to have Owen and Thomas as part of the Wilson Mason team.
