Wilson Mason have been involved with the design of the project from project Inception in July 2021.
The Greenbank building underwent extensive refurbishment and alterations, culminating in its successful handover in April 2024. This phase modernised the existing structure, enhancing its functionality to better serve the needs of the Veterinary School.
The new building is advancing steadily with key progressions including; the completion of the steel frame and floor slabs, with roofs and cladding currently being installed.
This exciting opportunity presents UCLan with a project of significant social value, offering aspiring veterinarians the chance to train in a region where such opportunities are currently exceedingly limited. This initiative not only benefits the local area by producing locally trained veterinary professionals but also enhances the provision of veterinary services for the broader community.
The School of Veterinary Medicine project is on track to be completed by the end of 2024, providing a cutting-edge facility for future veterinary professionals. The development signifies a significant investment in educational infrastructure, underscoring UCLan’s commitment to advancing veterinary sciences.
