Our experience of research facilities encompasses the entire sector, from chemistry and analytical laboratories to bioscience containment suites (up to ACDP Cat 3 and SAPO Cat 4).

We have designed a wide range of specialist facilities including clean rooms for electronics and stem cell research, laboratories for radioactive work and major analytical suites with NMRs, lasers and mass spectrometers.

We are familiar with the full range of operational requirements and the many possible approaches to meeting these. We bring this expertise to bear on each project and clearly identify and explain the alternative options that are available.

Many of our projects are extensions or refurbishments to fully occupied and very highly serviced buildings. We are used to the constraints imposed when working in close proximity to other working areas.

The practice has significant experience of delivering these projects on a wide range of sites from University campuses to commercial process sites.
