The phased re-equipping, servicing and refurbishment of the existing catering kitchens including the provision of new plant rooms, services and sealed insulated loading bays to provide a controlled environment. The fitting of new floor finishes and composite pre-finished insulated wall and ceilings all in accordance with the EC regulations.
