The new building will provide Victrex plc with 840m² of additional office accommodation over two floors.

The building is joined to the existing Technical Centre at first floor level by a bridge link. The brief call for cellular offices, break-out area on the first floor and catering facilities at ground floor level. In addition, the ground floor level provides space for anticipated future expansion.
