Development of 10 two storey open plan office units, situated in an existing business park at Penrith.

The project involved the design of high quality office spaces provided under a strict budget.

Two architectural types of office units are planned on the site, unit types 3 & 4 on the site are designed with a cantilever system which allows the entrance to be on the corner of the building, while the first floor is cantilevered over the entrance.

The intended design of the masonry constructed offices is to augment their natural context: In respect of this the retaining boundary landscaping is to be constructed using natural locally sourced slate filled gabion walling.
