Accommodation for 150 staff includes open plan and cellular offices, conference facilities, test kitchen, vending facilities and breakout areas.
This charity organisation had previously been housed in a warren of small offices. The move to open plan and the confidentiality issues associated with the illness were addressed through the incorporation of a number of quiet rooms where private discussions can be held, and additional facilities, such as a recipe test kitchen, were provided. A measure of the success of the project is in our involvement in its continued evolution and expansion and in the feedback – ‘We didn’t realise we could get this standard of facility for the budget available’.
