The new building was to house a facility for the processing of meat and dairy products, from raw material to end product. This encompasses complex circulation and movement through the building to ensure that there is no contact between red meat, white meat and dairy products.

The project also encompassed the need for close liaison with the services engineer in order to ensure optimal performance and control of the environment.
