Wilson Mason were invited to participate in a limited design competition for the University to create a new focal point for the campus of the main square which incorporates a learning zone.

The design approach included an appraisal of the pedestrian flows in and around Alexandra square which is the heart of the campus. This analysis was used in developing the proposal, in addition to a review of learning zones at other Universities was incorporated to clarify the brief and shape the project.
