This College of Further Education was developed while remaining in occupation.

A new College entrance, teaching wing with 23 classrooms and administration offices were provided. There was also extensive refurbishment, creating a new student social centre and IT workshops along with a new site entrance, landscaping and car parking.

The project was funded from the sale of existing car parking space, for residential use.
