The completed project delivers a space that incorporates technical features and enhancement to support a new ‘bench top’ medical cyclotron, hot cells, and PET scanners.

As lead consultants, Wilson Mason overviewed detailed coordination with equipment manufacturers to ensure that the servicing and environmental requirements were met. The proposals created and tested defined delivery routes to allow post completion installation.

Acknowledging that the new development was to be linked into the constrained existing floor-to-floor heights of the adjacent building, we ensured that the coordination of the mechanical, electrical, and structurally engineered design solutions could be accommodated within the equally limited floor-to-floor heights of the new areas.
